Upgraded from “4 bedrooms and 3 baths” to “4 bedrooms and 4 baths,” giving each bedroom its own ensuite for better privacy and added home value. Converted the hallway space into a new laundry room while keeping the den’s usable area. The owner says this is their favorite upgrade — no more carrying baskets of laundry up and down the stairs! Staircase: The most “magical” change — the staircase was reversed and redesigned as a steel-structure floating staircase from the main floor to the basement, adding openness and modern style.
